II. Council.
2.1 Council is legislative and judicial body of Guild.
2.2 Into Council structure enter: the Leader, the Deputy the Leader, the Diplomat
2.3 Council makes decisions in those cases if:
2.3.1 Leader cannot make the decision independently or is absent,
2.3.2 at personal desire of the Leader.
2.4 Into the Council competence enters:
2.4.1 definition of a policy of Guild on servers,
2.4.2 questions connected with an exception of pilots of Guild,
2.4.3 acceptance and entering of amendments into the current Charter,
2.4.4 consideration of questions on the facts of infringement of the Charter pilots of Guild and also questions on an exception of pilots of Guild.

III. Acceptance of pilots in Guild, Duty regulations and duties:
3.1 Any pilot (further - the Examinee), not consisting in other clans has the right to make an application on the introduction into Guild.
3.2 If the Leader or displacing his face, has approved a nominee, with allowance for opinions of pilots of Guild and other known pilots, to the Examinee the trial period at a rate of 7 active days is nominated, thus he is obliged to fly on a priority server.
3.3 On the trial period termination, the Examinee is enlisted Guild and can fly on any server where the Guild carries out flights
The post of the Employee and together with it a package of duty regulations is handed over to 3.4 Examinee.
3.5 The examinee extremely is not recommended to infringe upon the Charter, otherwise it can be removed from a trial period ex rights repeated application for the introduction.
3.6 On a service course in Guild the pilot can promote on a rank and various awards for certain merits.
3.7 According to the Rank, the pilot can occupy one of vacant functional places and receive together with it a package of Duty regulations.
3.8 Pilot which has passed test, term is obliged to observe the Charter, duty regulations, to store secret of Guild.

IV. The Exception of pilots of Guild.
4.1 Pilot can be excluded from Guild in following cases:
4.1.1 under numerous petitions of pilots for an exception of Guild, thus petitioning is obliged to have proofs,
4.1.2 on numerous infringements of the Charter and nonparty behaviour (the help in any form to enemy clans, the unapproved introduction into other clans)
4.1.3 on numerous infringements of Duty regulations,
4.1.4 Pilot has expressed in writing desire to leave Guild.
4.2 Pilot excluded from Guild, gives a subscription about nondisclosure of secret of Guild.
4.3 Guild does not bear responsibility for the further actions of pilots which have been excluded from it.

V. It is forbidden to Pilots and the examinees consisting in Guild:
5.1 to break the Charter of Guild,
5.2 to disclose secret of Guild,
5.3 to break a subordination,
5.4 to break rules of servers and unwritten rules of behaviour,
5.5 to use offensive expressions in dialogue with other pilots,
5.6 to discuss a policy of Guild with other pilots who are not consisting in Guild,
5.7 to break a policy of the Guild accepted on servers where it carries out activity,
5.8 to observe the accepted customs on this or that server.
